How does it work?

    Download and run

    Click 'Download for Windows' and open the .exe file. If Windows shows a security warning, click 'More info' and then 'Run anyway'.

    Follow the wizard

    A wizard will automatically configure RustDesk with our server. Click ''Finish''.

  3. 3

    Share your ID

    RustDesk will show your ID number. Tell it to the Costa Networks technician by phone or chat.

  4. 4

    Accept and close whenever you want

    Accept the connection when prompted. Close RustDesk at any time to disconnect instantly.

We use RustDesk, open-source software, with our own infrastructure. No third parties, no surprises.

No stored passwords or data

We don't store any access data. Each session generates a unique temporary code.

Fully visible connection

You can see at all times what the technician is doing on your computer.
